Lighting by Althea was established in 2020 after a 12 year career working for some of London’s best known and most prestigious lighting design practices.
Althea can provide a range of lighting design services, from full project design coordination from conception to completion, to simple ad-hoc creative input. Althea has a wealth of experience of working with UK and international design teams and contractors, and has built a portfolio of finished projects which are based upon supervision of the project at every possible stage. Althea is knowledgeable of building practices and takes a meticulous approach to installation supervision, preferring to build close relationships with the construction and installation team to ensure that lighting elements are installed correctly and function to their best ability.
Althea can handle both small and large projects, working within a network of high calibre UK and international lighting designers to provide support when required.
